These Terms of Service govern use of naverqilo.com and purchases from naverqilo. The contracting store operator is Guangzhou Jingmei Trading Co., Ltd.
Store use
You must provide accurate information, use the website lawfully and have legal capacity to enter the transaction. You may not interfere with security, introduce harmful code, scrape the service in a disruptive manner, misuse another person’s information or use the storefront for fraud.
Product information
We aim to present confirmed descriptions, colours, dimensions and prices accurately. Screen settings and production tolerances can create minor visual differences. Concept products remain unavailable until physical specifications and inventory have been verified. We do not rely on fabricated ratings, awards or certifications.
Orders and acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for payment failure, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, legal restrictions or unavailable stock. If payment was captured for a cancelled order, it is returned to the original method.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the storefront. Shipping, taxes and any available duties are displayed at checkout where technically supported. The customer authorises the selected payment provider to process the amount shown before order submission.
Shipping, cancellations and returns
Our Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of these terms. Processing normally takes 1–3 business days; cancellation should be requested within 12 hours and before fulfilment begins; eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.
Intellectual property
Storefront text, original visual concepts, layout and naverqilo branding are owned by or licensed to Guangzhou Jingmei Trading Co., Ltd. Personal browsing and purchasing do not grant permission to reproduce or commercially exploit that content. Third-party platform marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party services
Checkout, payment, carrier tracking and other features may be provided by third parties. Their own terms can apply to those services. We remain responsible for our obligations as seller and do not use third-party involvement to remove rights granted by applicable consumer law.
Disclaimers and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss unrelated to a breach by us. Our responsibility for direct loss is limited to loss reasonably connected with the affected order, except where a higher remedy is required by law.
Changes
We may update these terms for operational, legal or security reasons. The version displayed when an order is placed normally governs that purchase unless a mandatory rule requires otherwise.
